Directions

From Bangor:

Drive across Britannia Bridge and take the A55 until you come to junction 8 for Gaerwen. Take this junction and turn left at the top of the slip road. Turn right into Gaerwen at the roundabout then drive through the village past Stermat on the right and continue to the large left turning into the industrial estate. On the corner here are blue industrial units. Quayside Van Rental is on the corner. Take this left turn and then an immediate right into the blue M&G business park. The CrossFit Place is situated to the left behind Cybi Plastics and A&R Tyres.

From Holyhead/Llangefni:

A55 to junction 8 as above but from the opposite direction. Once in the village follow the above directions.
