3 second hold at the bottom of each repetition

 

Pull ups 

Weighted or otherwise, strict 

Min 1 - 1 pull up

Min 2 - 2 pull up

Etc 

 

Cap at 18 mins or until you cannot complete the required repetitions within the minute
