For time:

5 burpees
5 box jumps
10 burpees
10 box jumps
15 burpees
15 box jumps
20 burpees
20 box jumps
100 double unders
Run 1k

10 mins to establish a single power clean 


Beginners

Work through the burpees and box jumps as far as possible in 10 minutes, then run 1k.

3 deadlifts every minute, for 10 minutes.
