For time:

3 rounds of:

30 sumo highpull deadlifts
30 knees to elbows
1 minute (free) handstand hold


Beginners

3 rounds,

20 sumo deadlift highpulls
20 ab mat sit ups or knee tucks
1 minute plank or wall climb hold.
