Snatch, 2 reps, OMEM for 15 mins. Heavy as good form will allow.
AMRAP 9
5/10/15/20/25/30/35/40/45/50 double unders: go up and back down the ladder as far as possible. Each set must be unbroken. If broken, it must be redone.
You can string together sets for a quicker time, but each compound set must be completed, or you must return to the first set in that group.
If you complete the ladder up and down before time, continue to:
30 wall balls
15 muscle ups
If you complete these reps, start again on the double unders!
