For time:

120 wall balls (carry wb 400m)
120 kettlebell swings (carry wb 400m)
120 burpees (carry wb 400m)
120 pull ups (carry wb 400m)
60 double unders each

Partner 1 starts the requisite exercise. Partner 2 runs 400m, switch until reps are completed.
