Run 1 mile with a 9k/6k medicine ball
50 kettlebell swings 20kg/16kg
50 pull ups
Run 800 meters with a 9k/6k pound medicine ball
30 push presses
30 knees to elbows
Run 400 meters with a 9k/6k pound medicine ball
15 box jumps
15 burpee pull ups
