100 toes-to-bars
50 front squats, 75/60kg
15-ft. rope climbs, 10 ascent
Run 800 meters -total between 2 - with a 20kg plate

Partition the toes-to-bars, front squats and rope climbs as needed. Start and finish with the run.

Partners split all the work, with one partner working at a time.
