EMOM 30 minute time cap:

7 Power snatch
7 hspus
25 double unders

Add 1 rep to the 1st 2 movements each round.
Add 5 double unders each round.
If you are unable to carry on with any exercise, continue to the time cap with the other 2 or until you can only complete 1 movement.
