Shoulder Press
 
15 mins to set a 1 rep for the day
 
EMOM
Min 1: 5 x thrusters 45/30
Min 2: 10 burpees 
 
Each minute, add 5 kg to the 5 thrusters, and 1 burpee to the burpees 
 
Scaling: Add 2.5kg to thrusters and/or begin at a lower weight. 
Work until you cannot complete the 5 thrusters unbroken. 
Your score is the maximum load lifted for 5 reps.
