For load:

50 unbroken box jumps 24/20
5 back squats for load

40 unbroken back squats 24/20
4 back squats for load

30 unbroken back squats 24/20
3 back squats for load

20 unbroken back squats 24/20
2 back squats for load

10 unbroken back squats 24/20
1 back squat for load

*If box jumps are broken - a 3 second pause or a missed rep in the form of failure to standup fully on the box, or a missed jump - then the set must be restarted.
Back squats are to be performed IMMEDIATELY following each set of box jumps.  Rest as needed between couplets. 30 minute time cap.
