Back squat
In groups of 3 or 4, work in rotation without resting: someone should always be under the bar. Complete 7 rounds each of 2 back squats from 80%-100% of your 1 rep max. This means if you are feeling stronger then perhaps you will equal your last 1 rep max with 2 reps! Go by how you feel......don't back off if you're feeling fresh and strong!

In teams of 3, each member to complete:
75 sumo deadlift high pulls 20k/15k
30 box over burpees 30/24
40 wall ball shots 9k/6k
