50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings, 16kg
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses, 20kg
50 back extensions
50 wall-ball shots, 9/6kg ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders

 

Open season class


Complete as many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

15 reverse static lunges with overhead bar 45/30

8 Bar Over Burpees (must jump with both feet+land on both feet)

15 reverse static lunges with overhead bar 45/30

8 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
