Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 handstand push-ups to 6-in. deficit
20 sumo deadlift high pulls 40/30
30 single-legged squats, alternating

If you are planning to attempt or re attempt the Open workout 17.2, book into the 5:45 or 7pm class.
If you are not doing the Open, feel free to sign in on any class as usual and attempt the above WoD.
