Overhead squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps
Weighted push ups 3-3-3-3-3 reps
5 attempts at a max set of triple-unders

Work on double unders if you don't yet have them.
If you do and are proficient, aim for triples.

Open Season Class

10 minute AMRAP of:
30 double unders
15 Power Snatches 35kg/25kg (34kgs/25kgs)

Rest and prep 10 minutes for:

Every 90 seconds for 8 rounds:
3 position clean, up to 85% of 1 rm
